Mainland Delivery is FREE on most (online only) Fires, Stoves and selected Fireplace purchases where stated. All special order fires and fireplaces have an estimated delivery time of 7-14 working days. Goods that are in stock at our warehouse are usually despatched the next day and delivered within 5-7 working days. All items are checked through our quality control department and once thoroughly checked we then contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Should there be any delay on ordered goods we will of course contact you at the earliest possible time.
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm by courier and we will advise you via e-mail of your tracking reference.
Very heavy items such as stoves and some fireplaces will be sent on a large van or lorry with a tail lift. The goods will be supplied on a pallet that will be trucked to the front of your property or into your garage (subject to access). Please note that the drivers are not insured to help you take the product into your property, and as most palletised deliveries need two people you will need to make arrangements for someone to help you when the delivery arrives. Please make us aware if there are any problems with access for this type of vehicle or a the use of a pallet truck.
Delivery procedures : A signature is required for all deliveries and all items should be inspected and checked for damage in front of the driver before being signed for. In the unlikely event that damage has occurred, please contact us immediately and make a note on the Proof of Delivery form. If there is any damage we will give you instructions on what to do as we may issue replacement parts or ask you to return the goods for a replacement item. Please note that goods will not be left without a signature and all goods must be delivered to the address provided on your order. If there is no one at the property, the courier will leave a calling call with their contact details and details of how to arrange a further delivery or alternatively collection from their nearest depot.
Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Islands At present, we can only deliver to UK Mainland destinations and Northern Ireland. Areas such as the Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetland and the Republic of Ireland are not serviced. However, if you live in one of these areas and would like us to arrange delivery to a UK shipping agent then please contact us to discuss arrangements further.
